Parking
We have a car park at the rear of the surgery which you are welcome to use when visiting us.

Buses
Should you be travelling by bus, you will find us next to the bus station. For details of bus services, visit First UK Bus.

Disability Access
We embrace the principles of the Disability Act. We have a dedicated parking bay, flat level access, wide entry doors and relevant toilet facilities.

Telephone
When you telephone us, you will be offered a series of options:

• Please Press 1 to make an appointment, speak to a Doctor, Nurse, other Health Professional or the Practice Manager.
• Please Press 2 for a repeat prescription or for medication enquiries.

If you are returned to the menu that option is busy, either press that option again or please call us later in the day when we are less busy.
