Abbey Surgery is a long established General Medical Practice serving Tavistock and the surrounding area. We have a car park at the rear for the use of patients and a dedicated disabled parking bay, flat level access and wide entry doors for disabled access.

New Reception and Dispensary Opening Times for 2012:

Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.30pm (Telephones 8.30am - 6.30pm)

Sat 8.30am - 11.30am (By prior appointment - no telephone service)

We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Out of hours - If you need to speak to a Doctor after the surgery has closed, please call Devon Doctors on 0845 6710 270 . You can also obtain medical information and guidance from the nurse-led service, NHS Direct, on 0845 4647. For help in an emergency after the surgery is closed, ring 999.

We would be very pleased to have patients from all age groups so that we can ask you typical questions/enquiries that might be about:

-Services we provide and any proposed changes

-Setting our priorities for the future

-Helping agree questions for wider surveys
