Our wonderful Dr. Jackie MacRostie is retiring.
After decades of dedicated service to our community Dr. Jackie MacRostie will be retiring. Dr. MacRostie has been a valued and much-loved part of our practice, providing compassionate and expert care to generations of patients. While we will greatly miss her, we wish her all the very best for a happy and well-deserved retirement. Thank you to everyone that has supported Dr. MacRostie throughout the years.
After many very rewarding years as a GP, I will be retiring from the practice at the end of May 2025.
It has been an enormous privilege to care for you and your families. I have learned so much from your strength, your humour, and your openness. You have helped me see beyond the textbooks and truly appreciate the beauty and complexity of life.
I am delighted to pass the care of my patients into the capable hands of Dr Alexz Scott, and I know you will welcome him as warmly as you welcomed me.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives, and for the trust you placed in me. It has been an honour, and I carry with me many memories that I will always cherish.
